Hello to our customers and visitors. I wanted to take an opportunity to say thanks to Cindy Shaw who most of you speak with when we (she) returns your calls for live crawfish! Cindy has done a great job for me for the past two seasons answering our phone line and keeping most of our live crawfish orders in line.
Some of you may not be aware BUT prior to the start of the 2007 season Cindy had a little boy named "Jake" who was born with a few heart defects which required two heart surgeries to repair. Despite the immense stress and great fears of the unknown Cindy continued to work for me and has helped in many many ways more than just returning your calls and filling your orders!
When asked what she wanted at the end of the season she had requested two Kenney Chesney tickets for both her and her daughter Stephany. A favorite performer she/they had not ever been able to see.
So with a little luck and a little help from : Chase Limo owner John Moss 972-488-3700, 96.3 KSCS Prommotions Director Cari Swartzell, and Pizza Hut Park Sales Manager Renee Gibson (we) were able to make a night to remember for Cindy and her daughter.
Cindy was certainly deserving and was able to meet/greet Kenney Chesney prior to his performance at 9 p.m. on 6-16-07.
Without Cindy's help, Cajun Crawfish Company would not continue to grow as we did this season after selling over 60,000 pounds of crawfish! I think it is safe to say while fulfilling most of our customers needs with little to no issues on your orders. NOT an easy task to do when we fill all kinds of special request.
SO my continued thanks to Cindy and to our customers! I really appreciate the great effort she puts in! I just wanted each of you to know what she was up against this year despite continuing to fill many of your orders as cheerfully as she always does. Looking forward to 2008!
