Native Cajuns LOVE our crawfish and shrimp as we boil then soak in seasoned water. We do not sprinkle hot dry powder all over the shells! We would love to serve as your own full- scale event planning resource. We can save you valuable time whether you are planning your event at work or at home! We can provide you with names of venues, book chairs/tables/tents, hire live music, provide bar tending service referrals and drink machines.   • Boiled Head off large 21/25 count (per lb.) Gulf Coast shrimp
  • Boiled 3 inch yellow corn cobs
  • Boiled Red New potatoes
  • Boiled Mushrooms (haven’t tried them you should!)
  • Boiled Edamame available (we started this 4 years ago taste great soaked)
  • Boiled peeled garlic cloves
  • Boiled Smoked sausage (adds a nice taste to any boil)
