REFUND & PURGING POLICY

ALL LIVE CRAWFISH SALES ARE FINAL past the order deadline dates and times published. Refunds past this deadline will be taken under consideration with Cajun Crawfish Company.

PLEASE NOTE: When you submit your order, we submit it to our vendor and are committed to purchase your quantity of crawfish with them. Once we send them the order, they take the risk and guarantee that we’ll get the product and they require us to submit the payment as a guarantee on our end. If we were to cancel that order with them, we would be on the hook for the full cost per sack. With the high volume that we move through our online ordering system, we are just not able to absorb that kind of loss.

Cajun Crawfish Company and its suppliers do NOT recommend purging crawfish in either fresh water or salt water. Crawfish can be killed during this process. We will not refund for dead loss caused by purging.
